We meet 100% virtually. This secure telehealth model ensures consistent care whether you are at home or on the road. Clinical services are for IA/PsyPact states and Performance services are offered nationwide.
-
During our first meeting we will begin to go over informed consent to ensure you are in the right place for what you are looking for. I will open the floor to you for questions about the process or myself. Following this, I will gather information about your past and present in a number of areas to help me better understand you. I will review any relevant impressions with you (if applicable) and we will decide if we want to meet again, and if so, how often.
-
Following this assessment process, we will work toward building a plan of attack. You are the expert on you, and I am the expert in psychology. By working together, we can use our collective knowledge to set meaningful goals and determine how to best meet them.
After treatment planning, we will meet until your goals are met or, if they are not being met, adapt our interventions to better suit you

Important Note on Coverage:
Clinical Therapy: Typically covered by insurance when deemed medically necessary.
Mental Performance: Generally not covered by insurance as these services are for performance enhancement rather than medical treatment.
Out-of-Network: If I am not in-network with your provider, I can provide a Superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement
