What We Offer

  • Adults 18+

Individual therapy is designed to alleviate suffering and improve overall mental health. These services are typically deemed "medically necessary" and focus on the treatment of specific diagnoses.

    Common clinical concerns include:

    • Anxiety and Depression

    • Relationship difficulties

    • Symptoms negatively impacting home life, school, or work

What to Expect: The process begins with an intake and formal assessment. We will collaborate on a treatment plan and conduct regular reviews of your progress to ensure your needs are being met.

  • Individuals 12+

Sport psychology focuses on building psychological skills to enhance performance in a specific arena (sport, business, or the arts). These services are distinct from clinical treatment and focus on optimization rather than the treatment of a diagnosis.

    Common performance concerns include:

    • Burnout: Managing energy and motivation.

    • Confidence: Building and maintaining a resilient self-belief.

    • Focus: Developing concentration skills for high-pressure moments.

    • Mental Preparation: Creating routines for consistent performance.

    • Recovery: Bouncing back from injury or a "slump."

Why it Matters: As competition levels rise, the margin of difference between athletes becomes smaller. Elite performers work with mental performance providers to gain a competitive advantage or regain their confidence.

  • Adults 18+

It is common for people to have both clinical goals (managing anxiety or depression) and performance goals (building focus and resilience) that they want to work on at the same time. This integrated approach bridges the gap between mental health and peak performance.

    This approach is ideal if:

    • You are dealing with a clinical diagnosis (like Generalized Anxiety) that is directly sabotaging your performance in your "arena."

    • You are recovering from a major injury that has led to both physical limitations and symptoms of depression.

    • You want to move beyond just "feeling better" and transition into "performing better."

How it works: In this model, we address the clinical symptoms first to ensure a stable foundation. Once the "floor" is secure, we pivot toward building the "ceiling" through mental performance skills.

A Note on Integrated Billing: If we are working on a clinical diagnosis, your sessions may be covered by insurance. However, if we shift exclusively to mental performance, those sessions may transition to a private pay model. We will discuss this transparently during our "plan of attack."

  • If you are interested in adding mental performance services for your team(s), please reach out and we can discuss options and availability.
